Eligibility

• Residency: This contest is open exclusively to residents of the Republic of Ireland.

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 25 years old at the time of entry.

• Driving Licence: A valid driver's licence, issued by a recognised authority and in good standing, is required.

• Driving Record: Participants must have a clean driving record, with no major traffic convictions in the past three years.

How to Enter

• Participants must answer a few questions related to electric vehicles and sustainability to be eligible for the lucky draw.

• Participants also are mandated to follow/Like GoPlugable and DC EV social accounts to be eligible to enter the draw

• Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.

Contest Terms

• Acceptance of Terms: By entering the contest, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

• Subscription Agreement: Winners agree to the terms specified in the DC EV subscription agreement regarding the duration, pricing, and conditions of the EV subscription service.

• Payment Method: A valid credit card in the name of the subscriber is required for payment processing and must have sufficient funds to cover subscription fees.

• Insurance Coverage: It is mandatory for winners to maintain valid insurance coverage for the duration of their subscription.

• Address Verification: Proof of residence may be required for address validation.

General Conditions

• Subscription Eligibility: DC EV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and reject any subscription application that does not meet the criteria.

• Vehicle Usage and Responsibilities: Winners are responsible for the proper use and care of the subscribed vehicle. Additional charges or penalties may apply for any damages or violations.

• Termination and Cancellation: The subscription agreement can be terminated by either party with a minimum of 30 days notice, subject to fees or penalties as outlined.

• Privacy and Data Protection: Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Modifications: GoPlugable and DC EV reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our websites.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
